Two clocks, zero surprises ✈️
Here's exactly when your sanity savers land on your doorstep.
Quick heads-up before we get into it: there are two clocks ticking, not one.
Processing is how long we take to pack your order and hand it to the courier. Shipping is how long the courier takes to get it from us to your door. Your total wait is the two added together — so it pays to know the difference. The shipping time is what you'll see when you're selecting your shipping type at checkout; it does not include processing time.
⏱️ Processing times
Standard
Packed and out the door in 2–3 business days. Easy!
Priority Express
$65
Jumps the packing queue. Order before 2pm AEST and it's packed, dispatched same business day and sent by Express Post.
(Order after 2pm AEST on Priority Express and it's packed the next business day.)
🚚 Shipping time
Once it's left us, here's roughly how long the courier takes. These are the courier's estimates, not promises — we can't guarantee delivery by an exact date.

Out in the sticks? WA, NT and Far North QLD can take a few extra business days on top — worth padding your timeline if you're somewhere remote.
🛡️ Transit Cover (optional)
Add Transit Cover to your cart at checkout and we've got your back if something goes wrong on the way to you. It covers:
- Lost in transit — the carrier accepts your parcel, but it never arrives, or tracking stalls and the carrier confirms it lost (after 14 days). We need to see the email confirmation from the carrier that the package has been declared as 'lost".
- Damaged in transit — it turns up broken, crushed or damaged from handling (we'll just need a photo of the damage and the packaging).
If either happens and you added Transit Cover, we'll send a free replacement once your claim's approved. Easy.
🔥 Need it yesterday? Read this bit
This trips people up: if you've got a flight coming up and you need it yesterday, the fastest option is Priority Express. Your order goes straight to the front of the queue and is sent by the fastest courier for your address.
🏝️ We're on Gold Coast time
We pack and ship from the Gold Coast, so we run on Queensland time (AEST) and the Gold Coast's public holidays. Weekends and public holidays aren't business days — so if your order lands on or around one, add it to your timeline. Because we're on the Coast, we close for Gold Coast Show Day, not Brisbane's Ekka.

🌎 International
International shipping is paused for now until while we get things set up properly — for now we're shipping within Australia only.
When we switch it back on, here's what to expect:

If you reject the parcel because of the taxes and duties due and it's sent back to us, you will not receive a full refund. We've already paid to pack your order, paid to ship it internationally, then paid for its return to our warehouse, and the warehouse charges us a return and restocking fee. Depending on your country and the weight and dimensions of your parcel, the total fee is approximately AUD $160. If your order cost you over AUD $160 excluding shipping, we'll refund you the difference. If your order total was less than AUD $160, we'll invoice you for the difference. To avoid this, please ensure that you are fully informed and ready to pay the duties and taxes for your shipping address.
📝 The practical stuff
Authority to Leave: orders go out as "Authority to Leave" by default, so the courier can pop it somewhere safe if you're not home. Don't want that? Just add "NO ATL" in the order notes at checkout.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Changing your order: once an order's been processed we can't change the shipping on it, and we don't refund for a late delivery that missed your trip. If it's time-sensitive, email us first and choose Priority Express to be safe.
